Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our legal team and ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the legal field and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic law firm.

Responsibilities 

  • Filing pleadings and documents through the E-Filing Portals.
  • Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
  • Conduct legal research and investigation
  • Provide general administrative support  
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses 
  • Attend court sessions and record important information 
  • Maintain and update documentation 
  • Assist with discovery requests
 
Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred
  • Certification or associate’s degree as a Paralegal is preferred
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
